Update angular ~1.3

Upgrade angular dependencies to ~1.3.
If you are cool with this changes, then I would like to create another for angular ~1.5 which is the latest version.

The changes were:

• Upgrade bower dependencies.
• Add some indentation to the code, as well as missing semi colons.
• Upgrade npm packages so that the test can be run with the newest version of angular.
• I had to change the compress property for grunt because it was throwing some errors, you can find the details in here: TypeError: Cannot assign to read only property 'warnings' of true gruntjs/grunt-contrib-uglify#298

And that was basically it, all test passes and I test it with our web-app which was working with the older version.
