This fixes the missing include and curl linking issues. FYI: @MaEtUgR

LGTM (I mean, as long as it is inside if(MSVC)... you know... 😆)

Somehow, on a fresh Windows 10 install with MSVC 2019 these libraries
are required.

Looks good, the include was missing like I wrote here: #718 (comment)
I used the old curl version from the guide but it's better to use the new one and maybe we could even get a prebuilt library and automatically pull it via cmake...
