This renames the integration test files so they can be related to their respective main plugins. They might, of course, also use other plugins but the first word desribes the main plugin. Also simple is replaced with sync which is what was actually meant.
This tries to improve the integration tests' names according to the main plugin tested and as close as possible to the respective file name.

This tries to consolidate the file and test names of the integration tests. It was all a bit messy before and things like "simple" vs. "async" were confusing as well.
