Use example:
  # kvmctl.sh --list

  # kvmctl.sh machine2 startd
  Starting up 'machine2' ... (daemon mode)
  # kvmctl.sh --show
  MACHINE             PID     STIME   TIME

  # kvmctl.sh machine1 stop
  Shutting down 'machine1' ...
