At least one customer encountered challenges by not having this enabled by default.

very much against enabling this by default for security surface exposure.

the interface also grants access to data stored and to run arbitrary code in the Fusion cluster that can't be secured to the same level and granularity as the Fusion APIs.

The jupyter container image is not controlled by us, and contains many dependencies with many CVEs that customers object to. if it's on by default, we're much answerable to them.

it would be helpful to know if there are any "challenges" associated with it being off by default beyond realizing that it's not enabled, and then having to enable it, that might offset the security concerns.
