FOSSA is a SaaS offering that allows license compliance analysis of Git repositories in their default branch and pull requests through GitHub Status Checks. It is free for open-source projects and supports multi-account management (i.e. Access to the dashboard can be granted to each Technical Steering Committee (TSC) member).

It is a tool that jas been tested in projects outside of LoopBack, and has proven to be valuable in identifying existing and new comflicting dependency licenses. It has also been referenced by the OpenJS Foundation.
