module titel longer than needed and good looking

expected behaviour: length of allowed module title looks good on module tile
behaviour: my module title can be just as long as my description (both 512 characters). If I use them all, it looks strange in frontend.

Comment/Question: Project title is max 120 characters, I think that should be sufficient.
