What do you think about raising the compatibility to phinx ^0.12?
My specific problem is that koninklijke-collective/koning-phinx requires phinx ^0.6.5 which requires symfony/config: ~2.8|~3.0, which is too low for a number of other packages like rector/rector which I would like to use.

But the problem is that I don't actively maintain this extension anymore. I tried to kickstart this in the community but without any success (mostly due to my own convincing ability). At the moment i deleted this in all my own projects and it got sidetracked. I currently use upgrade scripts in my extensions to do these kind of 'phinx migrations'.
Feel free to suggest any code changes or give me examples why you still think this could still work. Will up the phinx dependency too.
