WICE App (What I Can Eat)

• User/Guest can query recipe database by their food_allergies and food_category choices
• Culled recipe list can be sorted by rating or upload_date
• Users can create/update/delete recipes
• Users can rating a recipe
• Bonus: Add comment model to user and recipe
