Enhance output config support

This PR includes the following:

• enhance output configs validation logic and fix outputConfig not align with "testing.openTesting" issue.
• add a new command "Jest: Disable Auto Focus Test Output" to let users quickly one-click fix auto-focus issue.
• add more diagnosis info to help troubleshoot new settings issues
• add warning and fix instructions for auto run mode with auto focus on.
• updated output config section in README
• prepare for v6.2.2 release
