repo for code related to generalized PCA
Main function is pca_process_v1(dataDir)
Algorithms include PCA, NMF, gPCA, and 2 implementations of ePCA
ePCA1 and bPCA is currently experiencing porting issues and cannot be run yet (can be found in discard folder)
Instructions
- Download and compile Buzcode before running
- Add your computer with base directory to gPCA_checkuser
