Appliance scheduler that is aware of locations of data sources of containers and able to place containers close to the data sources.

Naive location-aware placement has been done, which takes into account the first input data file and disregards resource constraint. For the next step, the scheduler should consider resource constraint and place containers to a secondary agent when the optimal agent has insufficient resources.
