This grunt-contrib plugins hoarder bundle is DEPRECATED.
Instead you can install all the contrib plugins individually:

Run Nodeunit unit tests.
Run QUnit unit tests in a headless PhantomJS instance.
Optimize RequireJS projects using r.js.
Compile Sass to CSS
Compile Stylus files to CSS.
Minify files with UglifyJS.
Run predefined tasks whenever watched file patterns are added, changed or deleted.
Compile YUIDoc Documentation.
Create symbolic links.
