Updated code for improved processing of chimeric reads. Some useful scripts:
- signal_viewer.r -- display raw signal for a given raw data file (assumes 16-bit integers)
- porejuicer.py -- nanopore read processor; used for extracting fastq files and raw signal from fast5 files
- maf_bcsplit.py -- converts LAST alignments to simplified and normalised CSV format containing start/end locations
- posAggregate.py -- aggregates adjacent and similarly oriented matches in the output format of maf_bcsplit.py
