There was no renovate bot updates in the past few months. @suztomo closed the Dependency Dashboard three weeks ago but there is no new Dependency Dashboard generated. Need to investigate why Renovate bot stopped working.

I believe renovate bot is opening upgrade PRs again (Thanks @ddixit14!). I was able to use the Dependency Dashboard this cycle. Going to close this issue, but we can re-open if there are any other issues.
