[4.0] Reorganize Truck Town #768

Follow-up to #767. The top level folders were sub-optimal (both before and after #767), now they are better categorized. The top level folders as of this PR are:

  • car_select: Things related to the car selection menu: scene, script, and images. Most of the UI code is in here.
  • town: Things related to the town: scene, models, materials.
  • vehicles: Things relating to the vehicles: scenes, scripts, models, materials.
