I'm just getting started here, following our discussions on RC.

build-release.sh still needs to be adjusted to actually make something of those debug symbols and package them.

And then we'll have to figure out the distribution system (auto-download on crash, etc.).

I'm adding this to the base image in godotengine/build-containers#150 so this won't be needed once new images are made.
