I just noticed that the doc was obviously intended to inform about how to publish smart contracts, so my change are probably not well located. I think my doc should be standalone and focused on people that want to create their account and discover how to use the current README may eventually be improved, but as soon as it's not the only option for non-dev, it becomes less of a problem |

Before this PR, the tutorial was a mix between local and remote commands.
I made changes to make it focused on onboarding new users without requiring to
run a local node.
