GIVEN I am a returning grant owner with a created grant on my grant details page
WHEN I "click" edit my grant
THEN I see the new grants creation form design (grant details, a section for discoverability tags, and a section for funding details).
GIVEN I am a returning grant owner with a created grant on my grant details page
WHEN I "click" edit my grant
THEN I cannot edit my tags AND my blockchain selection + address.
GIVEN the design updates on the web version of the grant edit form
WHEN I view the grant edit form on my mobile
THEN the responsive views will take effect.
