Description

This PR makes improves the grant explorer sorting experience by:

  • Re-styling the sort dropdown menu to remove crowding
  • Renaming some of the sort options to better describe their function
  • Organizing the sort options into "Discover", "Current Round", and "All-Time" categories
  • Removing text input on the sort menu
  • Implementing a new alphabetical sort (A to Z and Z to A)
  • Admin options show under "Misc" category when the sort menu is accessed by a staff user
