GIVEN I am a Gitcoin user on the Grants Explorer and have opened a filter menu
WHEN I select a filter element(s)
THEN the filter menu remains open.
GIVEN I am a Gitcoin user on the Grants Explorer and have opened a filter menu
WHEN I click outside of the filter menu
THEN the filter menu closes.
