Changes on hackathon onboarding

Description

• Center sponsor logo when there is only one sponsor
• Shrink up height of sponsor logo container by 30% when there is only one sponsor
• Add ability to change border color on the onboarding page...group with this section in the admin
• How does hackathon work section - add a collapse/expand arrow at the top of the section on right hand side
