Why Is this Needed

We would love to display the most recent donators from our grant on our own website to say thank you.

API would return: profile image, name, amount, comment

We did have an API which provided this information but had to turn it off cause it was flooding our server with pings!
We'll check this out once again and update out doc once we turn the API up again

hey @Buttaa i just PRed this up over at #8394

checkout the sample data => https://gist.github.com/owocki/b3f948def707ccee9a21a5b5dc11945c does it look ok? note that i didnt include the amount bc i didnt want to add anything that could be used to correlated with users on chain txns + dox a users on-chain identity.
