User Story

As a Grant Creator, I want to know that my grant has been created so that I can share out the links and attract supporters.

Why Is this Needed

The "New Grant" Email is needed to that grant creator can have confirmation that their grant has been created to that they can share out the grant link and attract supporters.

Definition of Done

• Email uses the template.html file found at gitcoinco/web/app/retail/emails

• Implement the designs found at Create Design - "New Grant" Email #2084
  -assets can be found at:
  Gitcoin Email_Grants.sketch.zip

• html file should be stored at gitcoinco/web/app/retail/emails/grants on the web/grants branch

Additional Information

Please submit work as a PR to web/grants branch

To be reviewed with @PixelantDesign @owocki @captnseagraves

Hi, I already did some sketchs for Gitcoin and I would like to do some coding as well, since I'm a pretty good at frontend development, and since I'll have the assets and mockups, that will make really easy to finish the task properly, with correct documentation and using the best practices :)
