User Story

As a bounty hunter, I want to be reminded to submit my work on Gitcoin once the ticket is closed on Github so I can get paid out for my work.

Why Is this Needed

When a Github ticket is closed due to completion, but a user doesn't actually submit their work on Gitcoin, the issue remains open and the the bounty hunter doesn't get paid. Example here.

Description

Feature upgrade between Github and Gitcoin.

Current Behavior

Once a Github ticket is closed, there are no reminders for the bounty hunter to submit their work on the Gitcoin platform and get their payout.

Expected Behavior

If a Github issue is on Gitcoin and is properly funded, closing the Github ticket should generate a reminder message for the bounty hunter to submit their work if they have not done so already.
