User Story

as a marketer, i want gitcoin.co/presskit so I can know Gitcoin's brand guidelines
Inspired by https://infura.io/presskit

Why Is this Needed?

Summary:
So that people know how to represent Gicoin's brand
Because people don't know about https://github.com/gitcoinco/creative/
Because people don't know about https://www.dropbox.com/sh/bsjzbu0li2z0kr1/AACKgnQC3g6m52huYI3Gx3Ega?dl=0
So that when Kevin talks to someone who wants to rep Gitcoin's brand he can just give them one easy link.

Press Kit on gitcoin.co/presskit (looks good on both desktop, tablet, mobile), linked in footer
