Gitcoin Bot Copy Update and Add Project Status Visual

User Story
As a user, I want Gitcoin bot to provide clearer way to show the status of a project and also clean up the copy for each state.

Why Is this Needed?
Summary: Currently, there is a lot of competing information in Gitcoin Bot comments.

Definition of Done

• Update Gitcoin Bot messaging - all relevant scenarios (refer to sketch file at the bottom of this ticket).
• Add visual that captures each state the Gitcoin Bot
• Test for all scenarios of Gitcon Bot
• Update copy where needed on Startwork Dialog so that it's consistent with new messaging
• Review with Gitcoin core team members

Add visual that captures each state the Gitcoin Bot

We may be confined by the Github markdown syntax to define this visual if you were thinking of a CSS option.

Another option would be to serve up a different image of the dot moving along the progress bar for each state, if you would opt for that.
Do you have a recommendation as to how to move forward with this one?

i believe that the endgame here was to use svg images, not markdown syntax

Do you know if we should remove the existing copies that are blank in the rows and columns for the state and bounty type respectively in the sketch file? For example, there appears to be text for when a collaborative bounty is currently submitted in app/dashboard/notifications.py: build_github_notification(bounty, event_name)

@PixelantDesign @arun1595 can you tell me what font is being used in the status bars with the dots for each phase? Figma tells me it is Helvatica and I don't have it on my system, but i wanted to check before i use the FOSS alternative to helvatica in whatever format SVG prefers

I will have to take a screenshot by uploading my container to a cloud instance or just getting access to a virtual domain to host the files. Right now they are static assets on my localhost instance, so the screenshots look like this:

1. looks like there is a trailing \n at the end there..
2. and the footer at the end has changed significantly.. is that by design?
3. also, is there a way to get a test image without a broken link??

Knocking out all open bounties and issues I'm on right at the moment, and this is first on the todo. I'll be pushing a WIP PR within the next day or so.

Edit #1: Going through the old PR now and reviewing the sketch file. Seems to be a lot of copy involved so I'll make an excel sheet to keep myself on track with all of it. Will keep providing updates as I go.
