For example: https://gitcoin.co/profile/hughsie -- If this profile is linked somewhere and the user has selected that they want their profile hidden... it will just 404. Instead it should say 'This user either does not exist or has chosen to have their profile hidden). and it should be designed more in the motif of the existing profile
