forms at gitcoin.co/new, submit bounty, fulfill bounty don't make it clear which information is public or not.
Expected Behavior
these forms should make it clear all of the information associated with the bounty is stored on IPFS and on the blockchain, which is a worldwide readable database

perhaps an 'info' tooltip, or a little 'i understand that blockchains are public, and this info will be public' on these forms
