Vercel Edge Runtime SDK #8087
Comments
Noob question but would this runtime SDK also work for Cloudflare Workers? |
@NoelJacob unfortunately it will not. Vercel's runtime is proprietary to their platform and so is not compatible with cloudflare workers. I would recommend checking out https://github.com/robertcepa/toucan-js - but we are also actively working on partnering with cloudflare to improve this, so please keep an eye out for future news! |
Is there scope for contribution here? We'd really like to use Sentry for our monitoring as it has the best SvelteKit integration by far. |
@isaacharrisholt usually I would say PRs are welcome! But since it's a new SDK the process is a little more tricky. @Lms24 your thoughts? |
Adds NPM target entry for vercel-edge package ref #8087
Extracted out #9107 to be a separate SvelteKit specific task, closing this one as we've published the SDK. |
Right now the SDK/sentry client for the Vercel Edge SDK lives inside the Next.js package. In order to use this SDK in SvelteKit, we need to extract this out to it's own package.
