NA licenses for GeoDa datasets

Most of GeoDa datasets come with NA license. The reason for that, is that the original provider does not list any license on the data. Below is the snippet from the conversation with Luc Anselin, responsible for the GeoDa data:

I’m not aware of any licensing restrictions, only that they are provided “as is”. I’m pretty sure all the data are publicly available somewhere else as well, in one form or another.
