最近出国的网络延迟比较大( https://twitter.com/#!/jason5ng32/status/136284220984279041 ), 直接影响到kernet 可用性。
建议大家直接改 hosts 文件，或者自建dns 服务器。
我个人维护了一份 hosts 文件( https://raw.github.com/liruqi/kernet/stable/kerdns/hosts ) 以及 dnsmasq 配置文件 (https://raw.github.com/liruqi/kernet/stable/kerdns/dnsmasq.conf)
