Removed code making test results file an absolute path. "To be processed, report XML files (or a directory) must be located in the checkout directory, and the path must be relative to this directory." https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/TCD8/Build+Script+Interaction+with+TeamCity#BuildScriptInteractionwithTeamCity-ImportingXMLReports

The first commit is a couple of fixes for the TeamCity/NUnit import integration.
The following commit adds all available TeamCity imports.
