Good call, @paulb777. We need to downgrade all our macos-14 jobs to Xcode 15 or upgrade to macos-15: actions/runner-images#10703. I'll be AFK for about an hour but will start looking into it after.

Closing since the latest nightlies are now passing except for the zip workflow (the zip fix is still running on CI). See #14044 (comment) for the list of fixes. Tags have been moved to the tip of main so tonight's run will include all the fixes so far except the zip workflow.
