With this PR DNF5 will replace DNF using the rpmsoftwaremanagement/dnf5-testing copr repo. This will also substitute the command line dnf using DNF5 by default.

Note: Not sure if this is the way one should handle fmfs, but it will give a starting point to test DNF5 integration

Test DNF5 before switching to Fedora 41 when DNF5 will obsolete DNF

Unfortunately, there's been some problem with creating a test pipeline with this change, but I don't have the time & expertise to investigate it. And I also don't want to merge this untested, not sure what to do now, sorry.

I would say this PR should not be merged before DNF5 lands in rawhide and actually obsoletes DNF. This PR has exactly the purpose of highlighting issues before getting DNF5 from fedora repos.
