Release 1.0.0

hooray 🥳

Version 1.0.0 just dropped!! (actually, about 15 hours ago, I forgot to tag the release).

Some new features include:

• 520x speed increase (4150ms down to about 8ms on my aarch64 Mac)
• Better documented code (still have to work on examples though)
• New binary tool: n64romtype, to check the type of a ROM
• Removed Progress callbacks
• Better errors on the CLI

This release is by no means perfect, though. If you catch any errors, please report them!
