How Cheap grid charging works with fast-charing and grid only (fast charging mode)?

I limited the cost of the charge to the night hours that it's cheaper and used Fast charging mode. This morning I detected that although the Time-dependent electricity tariff I setup was above the cost limit I setup, evcc didn't tried to stop the charging once the hour/cost was above to the cost limit setup.
How can be setup to respect the tariff cost limit when charging during nights?

you must use the Mode "PV", not "fast".

Thanks for the feedback, maybe the Mode name for this purpose it's what it generates confusion. So fast mode bypass any cost limit I setup and only "respect" the charge plan, isn't?
Regarding using PV Mode, If I understand correctly how it works I would need to setup the loadpoint with a positive threshold equal to the max power capacity to charge at night without sun and without delay configured too... is it correct?.

"fast" = full power regardless of any cost limits or any plans. Only the charge limit (target soc) will be observed.
"solar" = not only surplus charging, but also "automatic" mode. Just define a cost limit or a plan and everything will work.
