Fix PDP & EDP unittest compilation

Description

This PR fixes a compilation issue with gmock and PDP/EDPTests unittests. It seems that ParticipantSecurityAttributes were just forward declared.

Note: compiling google-distribution release-1.11.0 solves the issue.
