Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In certain circumstances, it would be nice to have a passthrough feature where the incline, resistance or ERG setting received from a connected app (via the FTMS Client) is output via the FTMS server.

Describe the solution you'd like
Received FTMS Incline and Resistance is output via the FTMS server.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not doing it.

Additional context
I think it would provide more utility for users who already have a trainer only want to use SmartSpin2K as a multiplexer or users that may not be able to calibrate their current trainer correctly and would like to use SmartSpin2K to apply an offset, or power smoothing to the data their trainer supplies.
