Adds a test which will install and run a AndroidGradleProject style binding project.

This isn't this PR, but I wonder if we could rework MAUI to build with @(AndroidGradleModule)?

Their main is .NET 9 now, so we could try it.
Right now, they have a terrible cake step and literally commit maui.aar in the repo. It would be awesome if those were gone! 😄
