  1. Add new service for ML Models Version Control system
  2. Make it possible to send new items to it via SSH (for compat w/ Easy Intent Catcher) OR provide APIs to publish new tested and trained models (and then add integration with this service to Easy Intent Catcher)
  3. Make a service that tracks updates in this ML Models Version Control system and automatically creates PR for each new model update
