発生していること

developers.crowd4u.org において、ToCで各ヘッダに遷移できない現象が起きている

11tyのtoc filterが対応しているかどうかを見る必要がありそう

https://www.npmjs.com/package/markdown-it-attrs と https://github.com/JordanShurmer/eleventy-plugin-nesting-toc を使えばできそうだけど、Markdownにある見出しにそれぞれidを振る必要があってややめんどそう
