A very basic contract to create covered calls on NFTs by there owner.

• Calculating Strike and premium prices (to be fixed the the option seller or automatically calculated?)
• Check for expiry dates
• Multiple strike prices and expiry dates
• Create a dynamic options market
• Floor prices of the tokens
• Volatility
