Gaia v4.0.5 Release Notes

This releases enables faster startup times when connecting to the Cosmos Hub mainnet, by speeding up genesis verification and initialization. This is achieved with a version bump of Cosmos SDK to v0.41.4 and Tendermint to v0.34.8.

Key changes reported in the Cosmos SDK v0.41.4 release notes are the addition of the multisign-batch command, minor bug fixes, and performance improvements.

As well, the keys migration command (i.e. keys migrate) is now functional for offline, multisign, and ledger keys.
