Influencing cb-spider resource objects with namespace.
CB-TB will activate namespace for MCIR (vNet, SG, SSHKEY)
By adding namespace prefix to resource Name(ID) which is used as CB-Spider input pamam.
Tested a MCIS provisioning with 4 CSPs.
