Last revendoring make K8s stop working because cc-runtime gets hanged starting pods.

Will open another issue with more details.

vendoring: revert virtcontainers revendoring

Last revendoring make K8s stop working because cc-runtime gets
hanged when starting pods. With this commit, k8s pods will be
able to be creatd.
