Table header could use a background color with alpha to better blend with other features #6228

This is what you get now when you want to colorize the table:

If we'd use hsla(0, 0%, 0%, 20%) it'd look like this:

Other: The default background color for the table headers should blend with the background of the entire table instead of overriding it. Closes ckeditor/ckeditor5#6228.
