After cert-manager/makefile-modules#214 is available in this project, we can simplify the integration test setup to use the generated CRD manifests. In this project, I can still not run the integration tests from my IDE, because of the tight cert-manager coupling. But I plan to attempt to improve this as well in a follow-up PR.
