Middleman 4.x release
This new version is updated to be compatible with Middleman 4.x
It also includes:
- Internationalization support
- Protocol Relative fixes: #2
- Readme updates
- Updates to many gem dependencies
Breaking Changes:
- Markdown file extensions can no longer simply be
.mdbut should be.html.md. This was a deliberate choice adopted in Middleman 4.0
