Torrent Watcher

Intro

WatchDirectory config a directory that SimpleTorrent watching and loads new torrent as new .torrent file drops in the directory. If the loading is successful, .torrent file is remove from filesystem, preventing duplicate download.

If WatchDirectory contains .torrent files before SimpleTorrent starts, SimpleTorrent will try to load them during the starting up.

If WatchDirectory is not a folder on filesystem, the watch mechanism will not be taken effect.

Changing WatchDirectory on the fly (via WEB) is acceptable, SimpleTorrent will see if what user input is a directory on filesystem and starts the watcher depending on the result.
